We are on the look for a Director Product Portfolio Fleet Management Services Europe, based in Amsterdam. You would have the unique opportunity to shape new IoT and Connected Car technology within the fleet telematics business, creating tangible impact for customers and business alike.

You shape our future product strategy for Fleet Management and Telematics in Europe by be(com)ing the expert for the European market requirements, facilitating the product creation process, and safeguarding a fitting, profitable value proposition.
Working closely together with the VP Fleet Management Europe and VP Product Management, you actively drive stakeholder alignment for the total product roadmap, to build on a competitive product portfolio that further solidifies us as the European market leader in fleet management solutions.
You contribute to product release planning activities (e.g. providing product vision and desired release timelines);
You empower Sales & Marketing by providing insightful information materials and participating in key meetings with business customers.
You evaluate RfQ responses regarding product capabilities and identify new requirements that could influence the product roadmap.
Who are you?
There is no set route to become part of Webfleet Solutions. But to be successful in this role, this is the kind of profile we have in mind:
You hold a university degree or equivalent in a technical or business field, MBA welcome.
You have at least 10 years of Product Management or Product Marketing experience in internationally operating, highly dynamic mobility or SaaS environments, with several years in a management position.
You easily grasp insights on specific market and technology factors for fleet management solutions, such as customer segments, the competitive landscape, relevant technology trends, possible disrupters and supplier technologies.
You are passionate about products, markets and technology in order to view customer needs, product features, and technological possibilities from a “bang per buck” perspective.
You are an independent mind with a clear vision on fleet management, combined with the ability to convince senior management of your views.
You can easily prioritize and manage multiple demanding projects in a fast paced, constantly changing environment.
You bring along excellent communication and presentation skills in English and preferably another European language.
