We are looking for a Sales and Marketing Assistant to join our Australian Sales team as a maternity cover as of 1st February 2021. You will be in contact with several internal and external stakeholders and deliver overall marketing and sales support to our Australia Sales team.
Your primary purpose is focus on providing excellent marketing and sales administrative support and assist marketing to the local and home based Australian team and resellers. You will have the chance to participate into different marketing and sales activities and coordination for existing customers, partners and sales channels.
Here’s a little taste of your challenge:
Support and actively participate into marketing and sales related activities, focused on achieving sales performances and achievements such as lead generation, emailing, communication, PR, press, sales challenges / incentives, event organization, special projects, tenders and commercial offers.
Manage and be the primary point of contact for local marketing supplier base and purchase order raising and ordering of services and materials.
Manage and distribute telemarketing leads to the Australian sales team. Relay locally the sales support organization in daily activities including service subscriptions, activation, and invoice or payment queries / issues.
Handle, participate and coordinate other tasks related and needed by the activity such as events organization, project participations / management, best practices sharing.
Prepare and distribute weekly sales reports and forecast, using CRM and other tools, besides being the Australian team super-user for CRM and coordinate with other EU peers.
Support travel policy and organize business travel for the sales team.
Report directly into the Australian Sales Director.
Who are you?
You are positive and pro-active!
You have excellent English oral and written communication skills.
You gained at least 2 years of experience in a similar role in a B2B environment.
You have a flexible attitude and affinity with marketing, sales, indirect sales, commercial and environments.
You have experience in organizing events or maybe a background in telemarketing (directly or through marketing agencies).
You have experience with Salesforce/CRM workflows as well as lead management.
You enjoy working in a team in a hectic and dynamic environment.
You possess excellent computer and administration / organization / time management skills.
