We are looking for someone to join our international sales support team based in Amsterdam, dedicated to our French customer base. Your primary purpose is to support our local sales organization in France to enhance the commercial success of Webfleet Solutions.
Here's a little taste of your challenge:
Handle all contract administration related to service subscriptions from customer signature up to service activation.
Assist the Finance department in solving invoice or payment queries.
Provide excellent sales support to the sales team located in France and other locations if required.
Be the prime point of contact for our business clients and sales partners of Webfleet Solutions products & services.
Report directly into the Supervisor Sales Support.
What do we expect from you?
There is no set route to become an Administrative Sales Support, but to be successful in this role this is the kind of profile we have in mind:
Excellent French and English communication skills – verbal and written (Italian or Spanish is a plus).
At least 2-3 years’ of experience in a similar administrative role.
You are solution oriented and accurate person with a positive attitude.
Enjoy working in a team in an international and dynamic environment.
Excellent computer and administration/organization skills.
Understanding of business processes and the ability to improve them when required.
Confident and have experience working in a B2B environment.
