Here’s a little taste of your challenge:
Define and prioritize team's backlog according to customer needs and customer value, including functional and non-functional requirements
Interface with internal and external stakeholders, to understand and bring into the team their needs and expectations.
Work with the Agile scrum teams in following the scrum process and also define the right scope and acceptance criteria for all the stories in the backlog.
Prioritize the tech debts and long-term initiatives
Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics and themes to ensure work focuses on maximum value aligned to the product strategy
Work closely with the Business Owners to create and maintain a product backlog, according to business value or ROI
Lead the product release plans and set expectations for the delivery of new functionalities
Provide an active role in mitigating impediments that impact a successful completion of the Release/Sprint Goals
What do we expect from you? :
There is no set route to become part of Webfleet Solutions. However, to be successful in this role, this is the kind of profile we have in mind:
Experience as a Product Owner or other relevant product-related position especially in a backend services area.
Thorough understanding of Agile
Inspirational relationship with the on-site and remote development teams
Collection of detailed requirements to fully scope development epics — consulting with product management, implementation teams, clients and other stakeholders
Development and organise the team backlog, negotiate the scope and acceptance criteria
Ability to take ownership of the “What”, not focusing on “How", leaving it to the teams & architects.
Excellent collaboration skills to work with internal and external stakeholders
Very good communication skills allowing efficient communication in English with colleagues located on-site and worldwide
