Key Account Manager (m/f/d)

Germany, Remote

In the role of a Key Account Manager at Webfleet Solutions you are responsible for the acquisition, support and further development of new and existing customers in the large fleet segment. You will work closely with our sales team, our partners (hardware and software), and with Bridgestone's sales colleagues and their sales network. You will generate and manage projects for your customer base from initial contact, through tendering and presentation to contract conclusion and rollout. Your strong customer and sales orientation and your ability to engage your external and internal contacts will help you achieve your goals in this challenging and varied role. Develop creative solutions with us to further expand our position as market leader.

Here is a little taste of your challenge:

  • Achieve sales targets (upgrades and new business) by winning business directly and through the reseller network;
  • Support preparation of offers, quotations and tenders;
  • Participating in regular meetings to review customer accounts;
  • Problem solving where necessary;
  • Support in trial management and project management;
  • Obtaining and following up on customer recommendations;
  • Keep SalesForce fully updated with opportunities and review meeting notes/activity levels.

Your most important KPIs:

  • Net sales target for your customer base per quarter;
  • Contribution to DACH sales target;
  • Identification of opportunities to increase turnover through sales to third parties;
  • Management of hardware swaps to ensure that the latest hardware is installed wherever possible;
  • Customer visits/contacts according to the set goals.

Who are you?

  • SALES HUNTER MINDSET and a solid track record of achieving successful sales growth in the IT/IOT, automotive, telematics or software industry.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills to communicate value propositions at all levels within the customer and partner organization.
  • You have very good German language skills and you are familiar with speaking and writing Business English.
  • You work result-oriented, self-organized and highly reliable. Your colleagues appreciate you as open-minded, team-oriented, self-confident and assertive.
  • ATTITUDE IS ALL. Your positive, optimistic, energetic and hands on attitude should be an inspiration to clients and peers.
  • Place of employment: Home-Based Germany. Readiness to travel required.
