If you are unable to log in to your WEBFLEET account due to lost or forgotten WEBFLEET login credentials, you will need to request a new password. To do so, choose one of the following options:
Resetting your password:
You can easily reset your password. Enter your user and account name and WEBFLEET will send an email to the email address of the user. Click the link in this email to set a new password.
You are the administrator of the WEBFLEET account and are unable to log in using your own credentials:
Contact our Technical Support and request to have your administrator user password reset. As soon as your request has been approved, the login details including a new password will be sent automatically to the email address that was provided on your WEBFLEET contract.
You are the administrator of the WEBFLEET account and are asked by a user to reset their password:
Being a WEBFLEET administrator you have the ability to manage user permissions through your own login credentials. Therefore you may be contacted by a user if they have forgotten their password. You can assign a new password to an existing user by generating a new password.
