Inside Sales Director


Spain, Barcelona

Coming from a classic reseller model, we now deploy a multiple channel approach, where Inside Sales, centrally managed from Barcelona, is a key driver to more sales. We want to continue our high growth path with Inside Sales and become pivotal in the ambition we have with Bridgestone.

We are looking for an Inside Sales Leader, that has the drive and energy, sales experience and business acumen to lead us in this direction.

Here's a little taste of your challenge:

  • Being responsible to grow the business and team (now 70 FTE) significantly, as well as coach the team leads and sales managers.
  • Leading the team to perform, oversee outreach goals, activities, resource planning and reporting for the Inside Sales Team. 
  • Securing revenues and profitability, conduct regional sales forecasts, territory planning, demand generation, deal strategy development and trend analysis. 
  • Managing and aligning operations and system performance.
  • Building vision and executing the steps for a wider business expansion, implementing sales and go-to-market strategies.
  • Supporting geographical expansion and realization of synergies with Bridgestone.
  • Guiding executive and sales management on SME strategy.

Who are you?

There is no set route to be part of Webfleet Solutions. However, to be successful in this role, this is the kind of profile we have in mind:

  • Having minimun 7 years of experience in a leading role of large teams.
  • Outstanding sales leadership skills, with focus on prospecting and on the phone, as well as proven deal closing in SME market.
  • Deep knowledge in business planning, and financial management, as well as use of marketing tools.
  • Creative thinker, sales enthusiast and experience with a specific sales methodology and sales funnel management.
  • Having a positive people management ability with compelling communication abilities and presentation skills.
  • Being confident and selfdriven to challenge us.
  • Proficent English. Any other EU language is a plus.
