PROJECT MANAGEMENT LEAD
The Project Management is part of the Customer Success team and is responsible for executing strategic projects as well as onboarding new international & enterprise customers for Webfleet Solutions Europe.
As Project Management lead, reporting to the Head of Customer Success, you are responsible for standardizing our project management efforts across the organization. You will lead the strategic planning of multiple projects and oversee coordination of resources and budget to successfully complete projects.
Responsibilities

Lead the project management team
- Nurture a team culture of proactive communication, efficiency and problem-solving
- Inspire team members to constantly improve processes, client relationships and work delivery.
- Motivate team members to participate in a collaborative environment○
- Strengthen and develop the project management team and team members with education and training
Lead strategic projects and the customer onboarding process for international and enterprise customers
- Provide new customers with a seamless onboarding experience.
- Act as central point of contact for sales teams and customer teams to coordinate all customer onboarding related activities
- Continuously update all relevant stakeholders and escalate in issues in a timely and constructive fashion.
Refine current and develop new project management standards
- Develop and improve process standards that promote efficacy and efficiency.
- Conceptualize, propose, and build a project management framework for international and enterprise customers.
- Maintain the team’s application of and hold project management team accountable to process standards.
- Introduce new project management strategies and approaches.
Who are you?
There is no set route to become Project Management Lead. But to be successful in this role, this is the kind of profile we have in mind:
- 8+ years of working experience in a project management role
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
- 5 + years’ experience with managing project managers with a customer facing and international focus.
- Experience managing budget, deliverables and milestones
- Strategic approach and highly analytical
- Proven track record in delivering complex strategic and customer facing projects.
- Proactive, influential, highly collaborative, strategic and a true team player
