Here’s a little taste of your challenge:
As a Customer Success Management representative (CSM), based from our Burlington, MA office, you are responsible for retention and expansion of our WEBFLEET customers. As a member of the global Webfleet Solutions team, you:
- are responsible for your own customer portfolio in terms of Customer Experience, Adoption, Churn & Revenue growth;
- own the complete customer life-cycle of on-boarding/training, adoption, expansion and renewal of your customers;
- work closely with Sales Support, Customer Support, Marketing and Sales to raise customer loyalty and ensure a good customer experience;
- actively participate in improving processes and procedures;
- are the "Voice of the Customer" towards the rest of the organization.
What do we expect from you?
To be successful as a CSM, this is the kind of profile we have in mind:
- Excellent communication, presentation, problem solving and conflict resolution skills, with a focus on translating business requirements into technological solutions;
- Two+ years’ experience in a similar Customer Success, Sales or Support role;
- An analytical way of thinking and organizational talent;
- An emphatic listener and an understanding of the wishes of our customers;
- A history of working with Salesforce is a plus.
