Track and trace
View the driving times, mileage and locations of your vehicles and drivers in real time or over a chosen period. Webfleet Work App tracking is powered by the driver's Android mobile device.
Driver assignment
Drivers can use Work App to assign themselves to available vehicles or you can assign a vehicle to a specific driver on a fixed basis. When personnel change, you can transfer unassigned Work App licences for new vehicles or drivers.
Seamless communication
Send jobs and order instructions from your office directly to your driver's mobile device. Your drivers will never miss an important update thanks to push notifications. Stay connected with two-way messaging, so you can react quickly to unexpected events.
Working times and trip modes
Record working hours and trips with a simple tap on the screen. Define the type of trip (business, commute or private) or work status (work, break or work finished).
Protect your drivers' privacy
Drivers can change the trip mode from business to private with just one tap on their screen, allowing you to respect their privacy when a journey isn't work-related. Private mode is active by default.

1 Work App is only available on an Android 6+ operating system. Requires an active data connection (SIM or Wi-Fi). Data consumption depends on usage and region, among other factors. The app should only be used with unlimited data plans or plans with automatic cost limits to avoid unexpected expenses due to increased data consumption.
2 One-month rolling Webfleet BIZ subscription for 10+ vehicles available from £13.45 pcm. This grants access to the core functionality of Webfleet Work App.
Terms and Conditions
Customer loyalty benefit: 2 months of Webfleet BIZ tariff for the price of ECO or LINK tariff + Work App LINK Tracking + TomTom GO Fleet free of charge
A paid subscription will commence at the end of the two-month free period, unless you cancel via self-service in Webfleet or email us at least five business days before your trial ends.
- This offer applies in all countries where Work App is currently available: Europe and international regions, except AU, NZ, ZA.
- The offer is only valid for existing Webfleet customers with a LINK 7XX or LINK 5XX device, currently under a LINK or ECO tariff and without a Driver Terminal.
- The offer validity period is from 1 June 2022 until 30 November 2022.
- The beneficiary does not have a current Work App Mobile subscription.
- The beneficiary does not have a current Webfleet BIZ tariff in its account.
- The beneficiary has not subscribed to a Work App offer previously.
- The offer is compatible with other discounts and promotions through the standard approval process.
- Customers willing to accept the offer will have to send an email confirmation (as written proof) with a template provided by the sales agent and/or sign a contract for Professional Navigation/Professional Truck Navigation.
- Customers who subscribe to this offer will be upgraded to a Webfleet BIZ tariff for two months, by applying a temporary discount according to their previous tariff and access Work App LINK tracking
free of charge
as the same price of their previous tariff applies. - Customers who have subscribed to this offer and signed the contract will be able to use TomTom GO Fleet, the professional navigation tool, free of charge for two months. The self-service section in the platform is also available to book these navigation features.
- After the end of the two-month period, customers that have subscribed will remain in Webfleet BIZ tariff and will be charged according to the Webfleet BIZ tariff of their region, unless they decide to use their previous tariff after the promotion has ended.
- Customers willing to be downgraded to their previous tariff after the offer has ended should, at least five (5) business days before the end of the trial period, notify either the Webfleet sales agent or the Admin team by replying to the confirmation email upgrade applied at the beginning of the trial period.
- The offer is valid for contracts signed, submitted and approved while the offer is still valid for the TomTom Go Fleet Navigation services.
