3 months - FREE trial – LINK 245

This offer applies only in the UK and Ireland. New customers signing a contract from 01 April 2023 until 31 December 2026, will obtain up to 10 subscriptions of Webfleet in combination with the LINK 245 and benefit from 3 months of Webfleet rental subscription free of charge. This promotion is subject to the following terms and conditions:

• The beneficiary does not have a current Webfleet account and has not been a customer of Webfleet in the past 12 months.
• Maximum of 10 subscriptions per customer and account.
• This promotion is only applicable if hardware is rented. It is not applicable to the purchase of the hardware.
• The customer will enter a contract with Webfleet for the term of 39 months.
• Within the first 3 months of the validity of the contract, the customer shall be entitled to terminate the subscription, returning the LINK 245 without any charges or penalties.
• If the contract is not terminated and/or the LINK 245 is not returned within the first 3 months of the validity of the contract, the contract shall remain in force in accordance with the applicable terms and conditions for the remaining 36 months.
• Within the first 3 months of the validity of the contract, the customer shall be entitled to upgrade the LINK 245, requesting a different hardware. In this case a fee of €29,00 will be charged per unit.
• After the expiration of the first 3 months of the validity of the contract, the customer will be entitled to upgrade Webfleet subscription services, without changing the hardware or extend the term of the contract.
• Offer is valid for contracts signed, submitted, and approved while the promotion is still valid.
• We reserve the right to change terms & conditions or stop the ‘3 months FREE trial’ promotion at any time.
• Shipping costs are included in the rental agreement.

Work App and Professional Navigation

This offer applies in the UK and Ireland. New customers signing a contract from 01/04/2023 until 31/12/2026, will obtain up to 10 subscriptions of Webfleet in combination with TomTom Professional Navigation/TomTom professional Navigation Truck and benefit from 2 months of Webfleet subscription and feature free of charge. This promotion is subject to the following terms and conditions:

• The beneficiary does not have a current Webfleet account and has not been a customer of Webfleet in the past 12 months.
• Maximum of 10 subscriptions per customer and account.
• This promotion is only applicable for the Mobile Tracking version of Work App.
• The customer will enter into a contract with Webfleet for the one-month tariff of APP-BIZ, only available for Work App Mobile Tracking.
• TomTom Professional Navigation, if included as additional service, has a monthly basis cancelation.
• Customers can cancel the Work App contract before the billing start date in written for via email to their regional admin­is­tration team with a notice period of 5 days, as stated in the purchase form.
• Offer is valid for contracts signed, submitted, and approved while the promotion is still valid.
• We reserve the right to change terms & conditions or stop the “2 months FREE trial” promotion for Work App at any time.
