For the first time ever, Australians will be able to experience the new high-tech Webfleet Driving School using pioneering enterprise telematics technology and artificial intelligence to foster safer learner drivers. Combining dashcam footage with driving data, the Webfleet technology enables drivers and instructors to get the full context of any road incidents in real-time.
Optimised Driving
From 10th March 2022 - 10th April 2022, Webfleet is combining its world-leading vehicle telematics technology with traditional driving lessons to offer a new advanced experience for learner drivers to develop a greater understanding of safe driving behaviour and optimise their overall driving performance.
Increased Safety
Did you know that speeding is the single largest contributor to death and injury on NSW roads, consistently contributing to 41% of road fatalities and 21% of serious injuries each year? The in-vehicle technology will capture precise detail of any dangerous driving behaviours that occur during the lesson, such as speeding around a corner, harsh braking or oversteering to avoid an overlooked hazard.

Driver ID
- By scanning a NFC/RFID card employees identify themselves. The integrated buzzer is used to remind the driver to identify themselves by presenting RFID card.
Logbook
- Tag each trip with purpose such as Business, Commuting or Private. Simple reporting in a click - means less administration for the drivers.
Working times
- Individual driver log of working time to comply with legislation or policy, and use for invoicing. Drivers register using RFID/NFC on the device the moment they start work, then tap the touch screen when they take a break or head for home.
OptiDrive 360
- OptiDrive 360 supports continuous improvement in driver performance with in trip visual and audible feedback. The OptiDrive menu shows the driver breakdown of scores for the different indicators (average over trips in last 7 days), and overall OptiDrive 360 score.
Driving mode & feedback
- During a trip the display shows trip related information such as time and distance, and average fuel consumption. The icon for the Logbook status (Business/Private/Commuting) is shown in the centre of the grid.

The PRO 2020 is a compact Driver Terminal with a 2.5 inch touch screen. It supports fleet owners that use Webfleet to better integrate their drivers into their business control and management processes. The Webfleet Driving School Terms and Conditions
- The Promoter is Webfleet Solutions Sales B.V., acting through its Australian branch (ABN 63 169 787 928), with registered address at C/- BDO Perth 38 Station Street, Subiaco WA 6008 and visiting address at 6 Middlemiss Street, Lavender Bay, NSW 2060 (“Promoter”).
- Webfleet Driving School's venue is Let's Go Drive Sydney, 23 Flinders Street Matraville, NSW 2036. Webfleet Driving School campaign is done in collaboration with Let's Go Drive Sydney (ABN 87 878 403 113) by means of using Let's Go Drive Sydney and support of Let's Go Drive Sydney drivers, who will give driving lessons.
- Webfleet Driving School's driving routes cover only the Eastern suburbs. For more details visit https://letsgodrive.com.au/location/
- Webfleet Driving School is available for booking from Thursday 10th March - Sunday 10th April, subject to availability.
- The promoter reserves the right to refuse any booking for whatever reason and/or cancel any booking without prior notice.
Patrons
- Patrons must hold a valid NSW driver licence (learner, P1 provisional, P2 provisional or full) to undertake driving lessons at Webfleet Driving School.
- Patrons must ensure they adhere to COVID-19 safety rules at all times.
- Only 1 patron is allowed in the vehicle per driving lesson, along with the driving instructor, unless otherwise stated by the Promoter.
Cancellations & non-attendance
- In the event the patron needs to cancel the lesson, a full business day (24 hours) notice is required for a full refund.
- If a lesson is cancelled by the patron for any reason within 24 hours of the start time of the lesson, the patron will be charged a full cancellation fee equivalent to the lesson fee.
- Non-attendance will be treated as a cancellation and the patron will be charged a full cancellation fee equivalent to the lesson fee.

Disclaimer
- The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, pandemic, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter's control. Any changes to the promotion will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
