TomTom WORK is exhibitor at IAA Nutzfahrzeuge 2006 in hall 11, D 06

Leipzig/Hannover, 27. July 2006- TomTom WORK, a member of the market leader TomTom NV and international successful provider of Tracking & Tracing solutions for fleet management, presents its innovative mobile navigation and fleet management products at IAA Nutzfahrzeuge 2006. IAA Nutzfahrzeuge takes place from September 21-28 in Hanover. The TomTom WORK booth is in hall 11, D06.

The connected navigation solution from TomTom combines Plug & Play Tracking & Tracing and fleet management technology with intelligent navigation and communication tools. The vehicle simply requires a TomTom LINK for localising and TomTom GO. The headquarter only needs a computer with internet access to connect with the web based WEBFLEET. As installation of additional software is not required TomTom is suitable for any types and sizes of vehicles. The connected navigation solution from TomTom WORK simplifies controlling and management of vehicles and drivers. Drivers are provided with a comfortable communication and navigation.

The TomTom WORK solution offers the following key elements:

  • WEBFLEET : An easy to use internet based service offers access to fleet management and comprehensive analyses 24 hours a day. WEBFLEET provides companies a current insight where the vehicles and drivers are located and manages new jobs.
  • TomTom LINK: A small and compact engine located in every vehicle. It allows to transmit the current vehicle position (via GPS) and further information (via GPRS) to the TomTom WEBLFEET service center easily and with low cost.
  • TomTom GO 710 and TomTom GO 910: TomTom's latest version of its award-winning TomTom GO offers each driver a personal navigation system allowing drivers and fleet managers to communicate with the office personnel.

TomTom WORK is available in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Austria and Great Britain.
